  1. Day One On the first day of the diet, it is important to condition the body. You can do this by taking a detox diet. Not only will this help the body lose weight faster but cleanse it as well. Start the day by mixing a cup of lemon juice, slices of ginger and honey with one cup of water. It is helpful to prepare a mixture of this detox drink that can last the whole day. This way whenever you are hungry, all you have to do is to drink a cup of the detox mixture.
  2. Day Two It is important to limit the amount of food you eat to help your body lose weight fast. However, don’t forget to eat healthy and incorporate lots of fruits and vegetables to your meals. You can also eat meat but remember to chose lean ones or opt for white meat like chicken or fish instead.
  3. Day Three Once you got used to your new diet, start adding two pieces of apples and a cup of black beans to your meals. You can also substitute the beans for the meats. This can jumpstart your fiber intake, which in turn helps for healthy weight loss.
  4. Day Four During the fourth day of the diet, start eating heavy breakfast mostly consisting of grains and cereals. Again, fiber is very important because it really does wonders for the digestive system. As for your dinner, remember to eat the meal before seven o’clock. Eating after seven in the evening or hours before sleep can restrict the body from properly digesting your meal.
  5. Day Five It is important to realize just how much calorie you consume during the previous three days especially now that you have established a healthy diet. Once you are aware of this, try to scatter your meals all throughout the day. Eating five to six small meals is a great way to help you lose weight.
  6. Day Six During this time, you must be able to limit your sugar and fat intake. If not, try to limit your consumption further. There are other healthier alternatives for these kinds of foods. For instance, instead of eating ice cream for dessert, eat yogurt. They are healthier and provide the body with helpful and healthy bacteria.
  7. Day Seven Eat fresh fruits instead of packaged juices. Another healthier alternative is to drink freshly squeezed juices without additives and flavorings. You can even stop drinking juice altogether and rather opt for a healthier green tea. This kind of diet can be prolonged if you want to continuously lose weight. Once you lose 10 pounds in one week, remember that maintaining this type of healthy diet can prevent you from gaining weight.

Exercise More Often

Make it your daily responsibility to find ways to get your body in motion. This is one of the best ways for a healthy lifestyle.

  • Maybe you can choose to climb stairs instead of using the elevator.
  • Go on a brisk walk to the park with your children or your dog; play with your kids;
  • do some fun activities with friends,
  • do some healthy gardening, this also gives back to the Earth.

By Doing any activity that moves your arms and legs is not only a tool for exercise, but is a stress reliever. No we are not talking spending an hour in the gym or a doing an intense 45-minute dance class or running a marathon. Hey if you feel up to that! Just do it!


Don’t Eat All That unhealthy Food

Eat Healthy Foods. Try and avoid all of those fast food meals like

  • fried foods,
  • burgers
  • fatty meats such as (i.e. pork, bacon, ham, salami, ribs and sausage).

If you are going to do it, consume dairy products such as cheeses and milk should only be eaten in the low fat variety.Limited your amounts of things like sandwich meats, mayo, margarine, butter and cream sauces. Its really not that hard because most are available in a lower fat version. A healthy lifestyle begins with a health diet!

Easier said than done, stress busters come in many forms. Some techniques recommended by experts are to think positive thoughts. Spend 30 minutes a day doing something you like. (i.e.,Soak in a hot tub; walk on the beach or in a park; read a good book; visit a friend; play with your dog; listen to soothing music; watch a funny movie. Get a massage, a facial or a haircut. Meditate. Count to ten before losing your temper or getting aggravated. Avoid difficult people when possible. Thought for the day: When seeing red, think pink clouds….then float on them.

Protect Yourself from Unhealthy Pollution

Pollution exposure can cause heart rate variability to decline, which is a risk factor for problems including cardiac arrhythmia and heart attack.

This is a tough thing to follow, If you can’t find yourself living in a smog-free environment, at least try to avoid areas of smoke-filled rooms, stay away from high traffic areas of cities and towns, try to avoid breathing in toxic highway fumes and running or exercising near busy byways or streets.

Make sure that you only exercise outside when the current smog index is at a low. Exercising indoors in an air conditioned room when air quality is good will also boost your health exercise routine. Plant lots of shrubbery in your yard. It’s a good pollution and dirt from the street deterrent. ‘Smoke gets in your eyes’…and your mouth, and your nose and your lungs as do pollutants.

Today women want plumper lips and more luscious lips. Lately though, I’ve found it hard to find beauty tips on getting plumper lips. Why is it so hard to find something to make my lips stay luscious and beautiful all day? You should have more sensible goals than that. How about a full, sensuous, sexy lips that last all day? I’m not talking about the shiny and yummy kind that sticks to everything you put in your mouth, either.

If you have been struggling to find some beauty tips for your lips that are actually helpful, then this list will be the answer to your prayers. These are great tips and I use at least one a day. They are easy to dress up at a moment’s notice. However, if you wanna just “let them ride” for the entire day, you can do that too.

* Lip Beauty Tips #1: Neutral lip stain

- You will also have to buy the sticky shiner that comes with the lip stain. Once you have been using it for a while you will see that its worth it. Try not to use the sticky stuff. Instead, use the neutral stain on your lips. The stain should be a very close match to your own lip color, but should either be a bit brighter or darker. When the stain has set, you can just cover with chapstick or your favorite lip gloss. But even when the outer layer wears off, you lips still look much fuller and plumper.

* Beauty Tips on Lips #2: You can mix and match

- You can always mix lip stick with your lip glosses and it looks great. Put the lipstick on your bottom lip and the lip glosses on your top lip. After rubbing them together you should blot. This results in a blended, glossy version of your lipstick that will last much longer than just gloss.

- Keep lips plump and luscious by keeping yourself hydrated. When a person is dehydrated their lips will be the first to show it. Gardening books come in all different shapes and sizes and offer more information on gardening than can be found anywhere else. Anything anyone ever wanted to know about gardening can be found in a gardening book. Gardening books are not expensive, and will end up being worth much more than you will pay for one. Not only can gardening books be used for personal use, they are also an excellent gift for a gardening friend.

For the beginner, gardening books are almost a necessity in starting a garden. Books will give step-by-step instructions and easy to understand directions on how to plant a garden, from breaking up the dirt to how much water your plants need. They will give all of the necessary details about every type of plant, such as how much light they need to survive, how often they need to be watered, how much nutrients must be added to the soil, and any other little quirks that plants have.

Gardening books are very informational and range anywhere from just a pamphlet size book with a few pages to a novel size book with hundreds of pages. The information provided is top notch and a lot of it cannot be found anywhere else. Books provide hints and tips on how to make your plants healthier, how to keep your garden free of weeds, and how to prevent against and fight diseases.

Often times gardening books will give readers ideas they had never thought of before. For example, there are hundreds of vegetables and herbs out there that many people would never think of growing in their backyard, but would be very good to grow in your own personal garden. There are also millions of flowers many people don’t think about but that are very beautiful. There are hundreds of people that would probably trade their rose bush for an exotic flower, and with a gardening book they could read about what types of flowers are available and will grow in their area.

Whether you enjoy gardening or not, gardening books are wonderful gifts if you have a gardening friend. It is personalized and you can give a great gift that isn’t that expensive. You could even give it to someone who doesn’t garden. Who knows, maybe they will be interested and decide to plant a garden.

Gardening books are excellent for any type of gardener at any level. No matter how much gardening knowledge and experience you have, I guarantee you there is a gardening book somewhere that has something in it you don’t know. Gardening books can be used no matter what you grow: shrubs, flowers, vegetables, fruits, and trees, even those of you who grow weeds!
